Fitness is knowing what to do and how to do it; but also when to ask for help. Together we will build your confidence in the workings of your body. I’ll challenge you physically and mentally. I’ll show you how to believe that you are in control of how well your body works.

Boomers Stay Fit!
I love working with Baby Boomers – I am a Boomer. So I know what changes your body is going through as you mature. It’s even more critical for Boomers to get and stay fit than it is for your younger colleagues. But that doesn’t mean you have to settle for less. One of my Yoga master teachers is 97!
Our parents didn’t have a culture of fitness. Some of them were naturally active and strong, others paid a price for inactivity. Today we know what it takes to stay in the game. A good trainer is an important aspect of keeping your fitness goals moving forward as your life does.
Pre- & Post-Natal Fitness
I am certified in Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness and provide this special blend of exercises to help you prepare for giving birth and to regain your shape post-partum. Give yourself the health advantage of being as fit enough to keep up with your kids!
Health & Fitness Consultation
If you’re not sure where to start, I offer a three-session package:
- In the first session we review your specific goals, your lifestyle, likes/dislikes, limitations, and your general health. After this session I provide you with custom workout recommendations.
- The second session is a review of the report and implementation of recommendations – for example I will provide you a written exercise program you can do at home.
- The third session is a follow up of your progress, tweaking of the program and further exercise instruction.
